Baking days.

My kitchen at the end of the night. Not so bad if I say so myself.

I love bread! It just looks yummy doesn't it.

Breakfast cookies are always good.

Double chocolate chip cookies are the big favorite in our house.

Yesterday was my baking day I made six loaves of banana bread, two loaves of white sandwich bread, and two different types of cookies. We are definitely ready for our trip to New Mexico. Last nights clean up wasn't too bad either because my mother always taught me to clean up one mess before making another so between batches I cleaned up. Thanks Mom for all of your wonderful lessons.
